Slide Anzo Group The home of LiveScore Group and Roxor Gaming

Our Story

Anzo Group was formed in September 2019 following the demerger of the successful London games studio and sports betting and media businesses from the Gamesys group of companies. Today, Roxor Gaming and LiveScore Group sit under the umbrella of Anzo Group.

Anzo Group might be a young business, but we bring with us a wealth of experience, including Gamesys’ co-founder Noel Hayden, as Chairman, and former Gamesys CFO Michael Mee, as CEO.  We also have huge ambitions. Since formation, the Anzo team has supported Livescore Group with the launch of sportsbook offering LiveScore Bet in the UK and Nigeria, the introduction of a new content streaming service within the LiveScore app, and the growth and continued success of Virgin Bet.

We have also worked alongside Roxor Gaming to grow our portfolio of slots and casino games, adding new titles and building upon well-known established favourites such as Secrets of the Phoenix™, Tiki Totems™ and Double Bubble™ with sequels.

Headquartered in London’s vibrant Soho, we also have offices in Galway, Gibraltar, Lagos (Nigeria), Newcastle-under-Lyme, Prague and Vienna, with satellite partners based in South Africa and Ukraine.

The London-based Anzo team works alongside more than 470 (and growing!) group employees to provide a variety of key functions, including corporate IT, HR, facilities, legal, compliance and finance. The provision of these shared services helps ensure the business operates smoothly on a daily basis. We thrive by focusing on our customers and our people.

Diversity and Inclusion

The I.D.E.A Forum

The I.D.E.A (Inclusion, Diversity, Equality, Awareness) Forum is Anzo Group’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, which we recognise as critical to our business and fundamental to everything we do. The I.D.E.A Forum programme includes systemic and holistic initiatives at both strategic and operational levels across all of our entities. Our programme is supported by policies and practices providing an integrated approach to inclusion, opportunity, equality and diversity at Anzo Group.

Anzo Group recognises that actions speak louder than words.  Though sports and gaming typically lack a representative workforce, we are focussed on creating a more balanced employee base that reflects the diversity of our audiences as well as developing products and features that have wider appeal.  We are committed to recruiting and fostering the development of a wide range of people from varied backgrounds with unique characteristics to bring diversity of experience and promote thought-diversity within our teams.

We passionately believe that you have the right to ‘live your truth’ each and every day, and we are working on reducing barriers to entry (and upward mobility) – particularly for those from underrepresented communities. One of the aims of the I.D.E.A Forum is to eliminate practices of unconscious bias and discrimination from our ways of working as well as creating opportunities for diverse talent to thrive.

We are not yet perfect, but our whole group – executives and employees alike – are dedicated to becoming better, and we invite you to join in on our collective journey to inclusiveness as we believe and invest in a more equitable society for all.

Responsible Gaming

Responsible gaming is at the heart of our business, and we are committed to ensuring that LiveScore Group and Roxor Gaming provide a fair and safe betting and gaming environment for all.

We constantly evaluate and evolve our products and processes to ensure we are providing our players with a safe environment to play responsibly. Enhanced player protection tools, responsible game design, ongoing player monitoring and support, and dedicated responsible gaming employees are just some of the ways we do this.

We work closely with regulatory bodies and industry bodies to ensure we stay at the forefront of any developments within the industry.  We also work closely with gaming charities and contribute to support research and education programmes.

All of our group employees receive regular training on responsible gaming, and we work hard to make it part of our culture.  These efforts do not go unnoticed by our employees, who are proud of our approach to responsible gaming, and awarded it the highest outright positive score in our annual group-wide employee survey.
