1. Information About Us
Our Site is owned and operated by Anzo Group Limited, a limited company registered in Jersey having company number RC128535 and its registered address at 22 Grenville Street, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, JE4 8PX (“Anzo Group”, “we“, “us“, “our“).
Anzo Group Limited consists of Livescore Group Limited and its subsidiaries (including Livescore Limited, Livescore Betting & Gaming (Gibraltar) Limited, Virgin Bet Limited) and Roxor Gaming Limited and its subsidiaries (together the “Group”).
This Policy details how we process your Data when visiting the Site. Please refer to the individual Group Privacy Policies which provide further details on how your Data is processed when you visit any of the Group’s websites.
For the purposes of the Data Protection Legislation, we are the Data Controller which means that we are responsible for determining the purposes for which your Data is Processed.

2. What Data We Collect And How We Collect It
We will collect Data about you from the following sources:
- from you (for example, when you submit a request, make an application on our Careers Page or communicate with us);
- from Public sources of information such as public records or social media postings; and
- from providers about your interactions on the Site and from cookies and tracking devices on your devices where you have permitted their use;
We will collect the following Data about you if you submit a request via our ‘Contact Us’ page:
- full name;
- email address;
- organisation/company name; and
- any other information you provide to us in the comment section or if you email us.
We will also collect the following Data about you if you submit a request via our ‘Careers’ page in order to apply for an advertised job:
- first name;
- last name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- CV/resume (as uploaded);
- cover letter (if uploaded);
- current salary;
- salary expectations for the applied role; and
- whether you require sponsorship to work in the UK (“yes” or “no”).
Our Site may also collect the following Data from your device automatically:
- IP address;
- browser and browser plug-in type and version; and
- device model, display resolution and information about the type and version of the operating system and other technologies on the device you use to access our Site.
3. How We Use Your Data
We only collect and process this Data on the basis that you consent to us doing so – which is entirely up to you.
If you have sent us an enquiry via the ‘Contact Us’ page of our Site or if you have emailed us an enquiry, we will only process your Data for the purposes of dealing with this enquiry. Where we receive an enquiry from you and we consider, based on the Data you have provided, that you are a potential partner or customer who is likely to reasonably expect the Processing of your Data in a business context (and such Processing is less likely to have a significant impact on you personally), then we may add your contact details to our business contacts database in order to send email communications to you about Anzo Group’s products, services, news and offers in accordance with our Legitimate Interests. You can opt out of receiving such email communications at any time using the ‘Unsubscribe’ link included in every email or by contacting us at DPO@Anzogroup.com. You may still receive service emails, for example to notify you about changes to our Site, to the extent we are required to send these to you in accordance with our Legitimate Interests. You will not be sent any unlawful marketing or spam.
If you have uploaded your details on our ‘Careers’ page and applied for an advertised job, we will only use the details you have provided for the purposes of processing your job application between the internal teams of the relevant Anzo Group Parties, and for contacting you about the progress of your job application. We will not send you any marketing communications.
Will we also use your Data to maintain and administer our site. It is in our legitimate business interests to maintain our IT services, network security, to maintain our system; and we need to Process this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. In order to improve our site, products, services and experience, we will use Data such as by understanding analytics. It is in our legitimate business interests to better understand your preferences, update our Site, and develop our business strategy.
We will not share any of your Data with any other organisation or third parties other than Anzo Group Parties for any purposes other than storage on an email and/or web hosting server.
We will not transfer your Data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. This means that your Data will be fully protected in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation.
4. How We Store Your Data And For How Long
Your Data will only be kept for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal requirements. Where it is no longer necessary to Process your Data, we will delete it or anonymise it by removing all details that identify you in accordance with Data Protection Legislation.
The length of time for which we retain your Data will depend on what we are using it for as set out in this Policy, the nature of the Data and how sensitive it is. For example, we will keep your email address whilst dealing with your enquiries but, even when you unsubscribe, we are required to continue to retain your email address to ensure that we do not send you any email communications in the future. We may also extend the retention times where the Data is needed to resolve a complaint. Where you have provided your Data for recruitment purposes, we will retain it for as long as is necessary to comply with our employment law obligations. Please note, however, that we may be subject to legal and regulatory requirements to keep your Data for a longer period.

You have a number of rights in relation to your Data:
- The right to access– You have the right to request that we provide you with details of the Data we hold about you.
- The right to rectification– You have the right to request that we correct any information we hold about you which is inaccurate or incomplete.

- transfer the Data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you.

6. How We Keep Your Data Safe
While the nature of the internet means that the transmission of information may not be totally secure, we have implemented security measures to prevent your Data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the complete security of the information transmitted via the internet. While we have implemented security measures, any transmission is at your own risk.
